All session recordings will be available to subscribers so you can catch up if you miss a live class.

Gentle Yoga & Meditation
A session suitable for all using gentle Yoga practices, relaxation and Meditation to start the week in a wonderful way!
Monday 9:30am - 10:45am
Meditation, Mantra & Yoga Nidra
The big chill! Meditations and Mantra practice from different traditions with the deepest rest in Yoga Nidra. This translates as Yogic Sleep and is a led journey into the subconscious. Zzzzz...
Monday 6:00pm - 7:00pm
This will set you up for the day! Working with 2 specific Kundalini Yoga sets to build strength, positivity, balance and endurance. Challenging but do-able and great fun. A well earned relaxation and Meditation to ease you into your day.
Tuesday 7:00am - 8:30am
Yin Yoga & Meditation
Wind down your day with some yummy Yin Yoga to slow down and allow the body to open and ground beautifully. Yin Yoga works with floor based poses held for a long time to reach the deeper connective tissues. Relaxation and Meditation to take you deeper still.
Tuesday 6:00pm - 7:15pm
A class designed to keep you up on all levels over the darker weeks of winter! A yoga flow for strength, grace and lightness. Yin Yoga for grounding and opening. A weekly Mudra to explore, Pranayama for instant energy boost, and deep relaxation to integrate.
Thursday 9:30am - 10:45am
Rise & Shine! Start the day with the birds and feel amazing all day.... Yogic practices, Meditation and Mantra, all wrapped up in a positive intention and sprinkled with sunshine to kickstart your day perfectly.
Friday 6:30am - 7.45am
Kundalini Yoga & Meditation
A different Kriya (yoga set) each week from this tradition of fascinating and diverse Yoga practices.
Kundalini Yoga is an uplifting blend of spiritual and physical practices which incorporate movement, dynamic breathing techniques, Meditation, Mudra, and the chanting of Mantra.
It can be challenging at times, but you work at your own level. The whole system is strengthened and balanced from the inside out, and you feel amazing, really quickly!
It’s all about the experience... just try it!
